General Conditions of Sale and Use

1. Preamble

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use (hereinafter "T&Cs/T&Cs") govern the use of the Flight-Industry application and flight booking website (hereinafter "Flight-Industry" or "the Site"), published by Flight-Industry, whose registered office is located at 60 rue François 1er, 75008, Paris, France. By using the Site, you unreservedly accept these T&Cs/T&Cs.

 

2. Purpose

The purpose of these T&Cs/T&Cs is to define the conditions under which users (hereinafter "User(s)") may access and use the flight booking services offered by Flight-Industry.

 

3. Services offered

Flight-Industry offers an online flight booking and tourist activity search service, allowing Users to search, compare and book airline tickets, and search for activities in the city of their choice. Flight information, such as schedules, fares and availability, is provided by the airlines.

 

4. Access to the Service

Access to the service is open to anyone with an internet connection. Some features require the creation of a user account, including the provision of personal data such as email address and contact details.

 

5. Account creation

When creating their account, Users undertake to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. Flight-Industry reserves the right to suspend or delete any account in the event of non-compliance with these T&Cs/T&Cs.

 

6. Booking and Payment

6.1 Booking conditions:

To be able to book a flight online, via our application, users must be of legal age. We do not accept bookings for single minors, but they must be accompanied by at least one adult. For example, if a flight is booked for a minor passenger, and that booking is not accompanied by an adult passenger's booking, then the booking will not go through. The minimum age of a User for whom a flight can be booked, by an adult, is 1 years old.

The Customer undertakes to provide accurate information on the identity of the passengers (surname/first name as indicated on the identity documents used for the trip) and certifies that he is in possession of documents complying with the travel formalities. entry into the destination country before making a purchase.

 

6.2 Booking Process:

Users can book flights online by following the steps indicated on the Site. Once the booking has been made, a confirmation email will be sent to the address provided by the User containing all the information required to check in with the airline and obtain their boarding pass, as well as for all passengers, for whom they have made a reservation.

 

6.3 Payment:
 

Payment for bookings is made online by credit card or any other means of payment offered by Flight-Industry. Prices are displayed in the currency selected by the user. Indeed, Flight-Industry allows payment in several currencies.

 

6.4 Payment Provider:

Payments are processed by Stripe, a recognized and secure payment service provider. By using Stripe, we ensure that your payment information is handled with the highest level of security.

 

6.5 Security of Payments:

Stripe uses advanced encryption technologies to secure transactions. Payment information is transmitted directly to Stripe without going through our servers, which ensures optimal protection of your data. Stripe is Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) certified, ensuring compliance with the highest security standards in the payments industry.

 

7. Modification and Cancellation

7.1 Modification by the End User:

The conditions for changing reservations depend on the policies of the airlines. Users are invited to consult these terms and conditions before making any changes. They can access it by viewing the details of the offer they have selected, or via the confirmation email sent to them following their booking. If the airline allows the change, they will be able to make it from their customer area, within our application. Change fees may apply.

 

7.2 Airline Change:

It may happen that a flight you have booked may be changed by the airline, for example a change in schedules due to bad weather, in which case we will notify you of these changes by email.

 

7.3 Cancellation:

The cancellation conditions of bookings also depend on the policies of the airlines. If the airline allows it, you can also cancel your flight via your customer area. If a cancellation fee applies, it will be deducted from the original amount of the booking.

 

7.4 Refund:

After a modification or cancellation, Users may be subject to a refund, partial or full. If applicable, the amount due will be paid to the original means of payment, as soon as possible.

 

8. Liability

Flight-Industry acts as an intermediary between Users and airlines. As a result, Flight-Industry cannot be held responsible for problems related to the flights booked (delays, cancellations, loss of luggage, etc.). Complaints should be made directly to the airlines.

 

9. Protection of Personal Data

Flight-Industry is committed to protecting Users' personal data in accordance with its privacy policy. Users have rights of access, rectification, deletion and opposition to their personal data, in accordance with the GDPR.

 

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including texts, images, logos and graphics, is the exclusive property of Flight-Industry or its partners. Any reproduction, representation or exploitation, in whole or in part, of the contents of the Website is strictly prohibited without prior authorisation.

 

11. Hypertext links

The Site may contain hypertext links to third-party sites. Flight-Industry cannot be held responsible for the content of these third-party sites or the consequences of their use by Users.

 

12. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These T&Cs/T&Cs are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.

 

13. Changes to the T&Cs/T&Cs

Flight-Industry reserves the right to modify these GTC/GTCU at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and will take effect as soon as they go live. Users are invited to regularly consult the T&Cs/T&Cs to stay informed of updates.
