Good hotel with great location and breakfast

After the 1st unpleasant night, things really improved. The double room was on the 22nd floor, great view of Edge (see pictures), spacious enough, good amenities, English TV, newly renovated bathroom. We didn't lack anything in the room, the beds were great, confirmed by other guests as well. Of course, there aren't many hanging options, but the room service was good. Breakfast - disposable dishes are used, but in my opinion, that's not a problem, we managed just fine and considering about 600 guests need to be served, it's somewhat understandable. The selection was excellent, by American standards, it practically had everything you need for a good breakfast and the service was really efficient, constantly replenished, everything fresh, see pictures. Elevators are not a problem either, they prioritize by floor and there weren't really long waiting times. In conclusion, despite the issues, we would recommend the hotel because the staff is really great, helpful, friendly, great location, and amazing breakfast.

An excellent option to stay in New York. The location is unbeatable: next to Penn Station and the subway, perfect for getting around. The rooms are clean and quiet for a peaceful rest. The staff is friendly, efficient, and approachable. Additionally, the included buffet breakfast is adequate.

Walkable to Times Square

Good, clean place to stay for 'normal' money in NY.
