    Great location. Beautiful hotel. Unfortunately our stay of 5 nights was mostly without a working air-conditioning (daily) - this made our stay very uncomfortable!! The staff attended to the problem but it could never be solved!! We were not offered another room and a proper technician was never called...🤨

    We were comfortable, well taken care of and will be happy to stay again!

    Breakfast was awesome! Staff lovely, especially Elke who personally took care of getting me a room with an open shower because of my disability. She was such a wonderful help! Bed was super comfortable, great mattress! Also, the best shower we have come across in decades!

    Short but very sweet!

    We arrived early but our room was ready so we were able to check in straight away; the room was clean, quiet and comfortable with all the amenities described, and the breakfast excellent. The hotel is ideally situated for the Museums and Royal Albert Hall and a very short walk away from South Kensington underground station.
