    First time in a 5 Star and was NOT disappointed at all.

    Frequent traveler and these beds were the best I've been in; traveled UK, Europe and S. America. Concierge was SO helpful, as was the front desk staff. Breakfast was always plentiful and coffee fast. If you have time, DO try the dinner buffet, so many options and flavors.

    Everything was placed perfectly, it felt like we walked into a room made just for US. The staffs are all so lovely and very welcoming!
