An excellent hotel and well located

Front desk staff, especially Miss Elizabeth, for attention and support when requested. Varied and good breakfast and very attentive staff

Great room and view, ruined by unauthorized card charges

The room was very nice and the view was spectacular. Unfortunately, the experience after checkout completely overshadowed these positive aspects. Unexpected and unexplained charges appeared on the card after the stay, including charges for minibar items we did not use. What should have been a wonderful birthday trip ended with frustration and a complete loss of trust in the hotel.
