    The W Palm was an amazing hotel situated on the West Coast of the Palm Jumeirah. Views, dining, restaurants, and hospitality were as expected from a luxurious resort set on The Palm. W Dubai - The Palm offers private beach access, several sparkling pools, plenty of live entertainment, and several top restaurants. Highly recommended.

    Always been my summer hotel in Dubai. Spacious styled rooms. Pool is amazing with the pods and cabanas. Beach was quiet and clean, they got many activities. I tried the jet ski, it was awesome. Food was great in the room and also in the pool. Staff is a bonus in the hotel, helpful staff everywhere. Valet people. Housekeeping. Reception fast check-in and out. Laundry service is the best in Dubai. Concierge people received my online orders and delivered to my room. Everything is near the hotel: mall, hotels, restaurants, supermarket, barbers. Got a late check-out which they rarely do. But thanks. I stayed 10 nights in September, 8 nights in May. And I'm coming back again.

    The Palm W is a really nice hotel, from food to staff to facilities. We had a great time at the hotel. My only issue is the foul smell once you step out of the elevator on the 1st floor. I have no clue if it's damp, mold, or just because it's artificial land. It really bothered me considering it was such a nice hotel overall. To the W, please fix this; it's something we can't miss when we come in.

    Cannot fault anything; the hotel was clean and breakfast was out of this world, service great. Location, if you are planning on walking, is a little out. Also limited for restaurants inside as they were a bit average.

    I did like the hotel, but I found out that All-Inclusive is not inclusive. It's a limited menu and pretty much all-inclusive in the buffet, which also has small choices of food. Also, when you ask something, you have to ask a few people because you can't get the right answer from one person. I stayed at JW Marriott the week before and finished my trip 3 days at the W Palm. What a difference in food, customer service, and rooms. Big difference, they need to copy JW on everything, even the staff.
