Close to the center

The hotel is a 4-star category. Close to the city center. The room is spacious. I would like to thank the Lebanese brother Marc from the reception for his politeness, respect, and service. I may stay there again in the future.

Pleasant.

The room was clean but the housekeepers took a while to get to all the rooms even though the DND was off and the 'please make up my room' sign was on. In the morning, we'd leave and come back around noon, assuming that our room would have been cleaned, but sometimes it wasn't even cleaned yet. That was my only gripe with the whole hotel. Otherwise, the stay was good.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful added extras and cool vibe.

The staff were friendly. They upgraded me, helped me with my many heavy suitcases, organized me a special breakfast, and were very helpful compared to other hotel staff in Amsterdam.
