    At the entrance, a large doorman dressed in Indian attire warmly welcomed me. The spacious courtyard makes you forget the hustle and bustle of the city. The facilities, room interiors, everything was top-notch. Personally, I was moved when I found a plaque indicating that the Chilean poet Pablo Neruda had once stayed here.

    A lesson in luxury hospitality

    Everything about this hotel is truly second to none. The staff in particular. It is a lesson in luxury hospitality, and it’s truly exceptional. Even though it has undergone renovation, the historic heritage of this hotel has been cleverly preserved. I felt like royalty staying.
