Gutes Hotel, tolles Personal!

Ein schönes, großes Hotel in zentraler Lage. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und komfortabel, das Frühstück reichhaltig und gut. Das Personal war überaus freundlich und hilfreich. Unser Rückflug nach Singapur und dann Europa ging erst am späten Abend und wir konnten nach dem Auschecken aus dem Hotel nicht nur unser Gepäck den Tag über im Hotel zur Aufbewahrung lassen, sondern bekamen von der freundlichen Rezeptionistin abends noch einmal die Gelegenheit, im Spa-Bereich zu duschen und uns so vor unseren Langstreckenflügen noch einmal frisch zu machen und umzuziehen. Toller Service, sehr gutes Personal. Wir können das Hotel absolut empfehlen!

The customer service was great and the room was spacious and clean, but a few missing amenities

The room was spacious and clean, which we appreciated. However, there was no complimentary bottled water provided, which was disappointing given the price we paid. Having stayed at many hotels locally and overseas, I consider this a basic amenity that should be included. Additionally, the in-room safe was not working. We were advised that we would need to leave our valuables in the hotel's locker, as the technician would not be available until Monday. This was inconvenient and concerning, as we expected the safe to be functional during our stay. Overall, these issues detracted from our experience and were disappointing considering the price paid for the accommodation.

"coffee" was an electric tea kettle with instant coffee. Not what I would expect Room service food was really good. Beds were very comfortable.
