    The location is very good. The staff is very friendly, if they can help you, they will. We were able to do an early check-in and they kept our luggage until the afternoon when our flight left.

    A comfy place to crash after long work days.

    Comfy bed and pillows. Plenty of milk for teas and coffees. Quick lifts and quiet corridors. Plenty of sockets and decent lighting.

    Very pleasant experience

    The lobby was so fancy and the beds/toilet were nice and clean. I booked a room without windows as it was more affordable and I found that it was great value and the room was nice and warm but not stuffy, it was the perfect temperature for autumn. Staff at reception and housekeeping were very nice and the location is amazing, it's walking distance to transport and many shops!
