Reliable concierge

We always need an extra hand when travelling alone, a good concierge is the most value added where the loyalty locks to. Twice at address DM, always accountable. Yahya is resourceful that easily makes your stay happier and less stressful. It’s easy to find a nice hotel, but hard to find a reliable concierge to save your day. Hope this one could be your help as well. Thank you.

Holiday stopover in Dubai

Had a lovely stay and Hanifah was very attentive and cleaned our room impeccably. The location of the hotel is very convenient.

She just kick me out at check in time

I stayed at this hotel for three days. Ms. Maria supported me a lot — she arranged a cake for me, brought flowers and balloons, and even gave me a late check-out. I’m really thankful to her.
