Spacious accommodation that is well located

Clean and modern and in a perfect location.

This is a nice location as the property is at the canal but the condition of the property is very very poor. It is not and should not be listed as 5 stars. The list is as follows: Stained pillows / dirty sheets, stained carpet with residue, air conditioner remote non functional, stained dirty couch, various pieces of broken furniture i.e. one leg missing from bedside table, walls with water damage / peeling paint. Seemed that no one had lived in the place for some time and it was not cleaned. Our concierge was responsive but not terribly accountable. Housekeeping requests were delayed and also what was asked to be fixed or replaced was not done so. A request for an extra key card as our booking was for 2 was never fulfilled. It was cold during the nights as we could not turn on the heater via the air conditioning unit. Expedia was wonderful in trying intervene and offered one key cash amount which was appreciated; however, i think the biggest thing expedia could do is to de-list them as 5 star. This place is and should be 1 star.

Property was nice size, location worked for me. Property needed a few minor things repaired, but they did not affect and enjoyable stay. Was met given keys and tour of property and they were also gracious with extra time for my checkout. I would not only recommend but would definitely stay there again

Well located, neat and luxurious

Great experience at a very well designed property. Supremely clean and all the modern conveniences you could ask for and nothing was too much trouble. Excellent check-in experience with a very friendly fellow

Dirty accommodation with terrible bed

The accommodation was sold as Luxeryresidens, but is in a desolate condition. The host said yes to everything, but did nothing. Neither 2nd key, additional blanket, hairdryer, dish towel, dish soap nor pool towels were provided. After the 1st night, we wanted to move out again, the bed with holes in the sheet and only 140 cm wide, so soft in the middle that we always slid together. The worst thing was the highway in front of the bedroom, it was so loud that we thought the windows were open. (Unfortunately, they were not) the host did not want to help us and referred us to Hotels.com, they also had no success, but gave us a 15% discount. Nevertheless, after the 2nd night, we moved out and paid for a 2nd accommodation. Everything was dirty, kettle filled with rusty water, toaster rusty, stove dirty and various defects. See pictures never again I hope Hotels.com excludes this accommodation.

The location was good and the public safety was good, but there were no shops nearby and it was difficult to buy food and other items

Modern, clean and in a great location with a really love walk along the canal to the VA shopping complex. We had a fabulous time
