Great experience, wonderful staff. Everything was perfect, I highly recommend this Gem of a hotel in Cairo.

Excellent Experience.

Nice area, friendly staff, Filthy carpet in the room, outdated furniture that lacks regular cleaning and maintenance. Not the best Nile view that you are expecting!

Excellent experience

I stayed several times at this marvelous place. Just to point out the breakfast bouffett, the service at the reception desk and the room service, which is cleaning every day is splendid and a real pasis for travellers.

Very old furniture curtains are broken I had to wait at least 2 hours for them to fix and even after they brought the guy he did not fix it fully. Hair dryer is broken I had to call again to fix. Safety box was not working I had to call them . Room condition is horrible I don’t recommend anyone to go there very expensive when you consider the room condition and facility in the hotel

Overall good you get what you need but not a 4 stars. Area is safe and less noisy than expected ( ofcourse still noisy you’re in Cairo) i recommend
