    Stunning classical hotel

    Stunning Victorian architecture! Brilliant breakfast buffets with a plethora of choices in beautiful rooms! Great position in the city, very central! Arrived to a great birthday surprise of bubbles, cake, balloon, and a handwritten note! A gorgeous touch and very appreciated!

    I gave a 10/9 score because of the distance from the hotel entrance to the room after entering the hotel

    Everything in the room was very nice. The location is incredibly good. We visited Buckingham Palace, St. James's Park, Westminster Abbey, Big Ben, etc., all on foot. Since we landed at Gatwick Airport, we reached the hotel directly from the airport in 25-30 minutes by train. The hotel even has a door that opens directly to the station. We went to most of the places we wanted to go with just one bus or one-way metro transfer.

    Exceptional location, very pleasant, would repeat

    Perfect location to take any means of transport, train, big bus at the hotel entrance, bus to visit the Harry Potter studios, etc. The beds were very spacious and comfortable, and the staff provided you with anything you might need, including drinks and snacks at no additional cost. The breakfast was okay, and the staff very friendly.
