Requested a room on the second floor and did not receive one. When asked at the front desk, I was told there were no other rooms available, however, the parking lot was empty. Throughout the night, there was music coming from another room, the walls are so thin. Then at 4:45 am, maintenance was using loud tools and woke us up. The cleanliness of the room could have been much better, and there was no shower gel in the room. Definitely would not recommend this place to anyone.

Clean and safe place. Helpful staff in every matter. The room is spacious and clean. The pool is small but music plays pleasantly, towels can be picked up at the reception.

Lovely hotel on the outskirts of Hollywood. Very convenient for transport, shopping, and the Walk of Fame.

This hotel is room only. But there was a fridge in the room. The reception had a coffee machine with free coffee until 11 am. Hot water was available all day, as well as cold water. They also had a microwave to warm your own food and free popcorn occasionally. The evening staff were the friendliest, especially Lizzy and the night security guard. I felt very safe there as the guard was on duty all night. The swimming pool was heated and very clean, as well as the surrounding pool area. The hotel is next door to the metro underground, and a metro bus stops outside. A large supermarket is opposite. There is also an ice machine on-site. This was my 3rd stay at this hotel. It is much superior to a motel just up the road that I took a look at.
