The property was very peaceful and the lounge area was very comfortable. The gentleman serving behind the bar (Blane) was exceptionally friendly and helpful. He also made excellent coffee and toasted sandwiches. The breakfast was also very good with plenty of choice to suit all tastes. All the staff were very friendly. I would highly recommend Hotel Abbazio. Its location is perfect, just 5 mins from the Venezia St Lucia Train Station and the Ferrovia Waterbus Terminal, and plenty of good shops, cafes, and restaurants all within a few minutes walk

Optimal location near the train station, therefore also easily accessible from the airport by bus! Exceptional ambiance!!!! Excellent breakfast, super friendly staff, we could even check-in at 23:30 as our flight was canceled. We were already in this hotel 15 years ago and will come back!

Reasonable! terrible cost-benefit!

Very good location, 3 minutes from Santa Luzia train station. No need to cross the canals with the suitcases, which made our trip easier. However, inside the hotel is a maze, the elevator only has access to the 1st floor, our room was on the 2nd floor, and we had to carry the suitcases upstairs, and the worst part, the room had two floors! The cost-benefit was not satisfactory.

The location is perfect - less than a 5-minute walk to the train station and water buses. The staff was outstanding and super helpful. And the breakfast was great with so many options.

Great City break

Everything was really perfect, and we had a great stay. The only thing that would make it even better next time would be having wine glasses in the room. One small disappointment was that the room we received was different from the one shown in the Booking.com photos. The overall standard was just as good, but the room itself was different from what we expected. Overall, though, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back.
