The hotel is actually not a hotel at all... probably a refugee shelter or something similar!🥹 Totally off-putting! We were taken to another hotel. We were soooooo relieved!🤦

Great location, with a few quirks - but overall a lovely stay!

Great location, just a short walk from the S-Bahn, making it very easy to get around Berlin. Overall, a decent and comfortable place for a short stay - nothing fancy, but it does the job nicely.

Everything was just great

I booked at the Garner Hotel, where we arrived and were directed to another hotel. I was angry because I specifically booked the hotel because it was near the fair. We had to drive further by bus and then we were taken by taxi to another hotel and had to pay for it even though it was supposed to be covered by the hotel. The next morning, they said we had to pay extra for breakfast even though I had booked accommodation with breakfast. I had booked a room with 2 single beds, which was not available, or they wanted us to pay extra. I am really angry.
