    Spa facilities fell short of expectations

    We had a wonderful stay at Chelsea Spa Hotel. The suite was lovely, very clean, spacious, and comfortable, with a beautiful riverside view. The room service was excellent, the staff were warm, friendly, and attentive, and the food was really good. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience, and the suite made the stay feel extra special. I would definitely recommend Chelsea Spa Hotel for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

    Great reception and excellent treatment and kindness of the staff more than wonderful, helpful and cooperative, and they gave me an upgrade to the suite. Thank you for that. Easy and fast check-in and check-out, the suite facilities are complete and integrated, the suite's cleanliness and spaciousness, the quietness of the place and the location, distinctive views of the harbor and the river. It was indeed a wonderful stay.
