The location is good, the staff is helpful, close to the subway, shops.

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and had a great time! The property is located in Bayswater, an elegant, well-kept and truly pleasant neighborhood, perfect for enjoying London. The location is great for exploring the city on foot, with the subway a few steps away, very convenient for reaching all the main attractions. Our triple room was beautiful, clean, and comfortable, and all the staff were kind and helpful during our stay. A special thanks for allowing us to check-in without any issues, despite our late-night arrival: a welcome gesture that we greatly appreciated! We absolutely recommend this hotel to those looking for a strategic location, a welcoming environment, and a great starting point to explore London. We will gladly return!

Excellent cost/benefit with comfort

The hotel is well located. It is not in Westminster, but it is very close to the pleasant neighborhood of Notting Hill. The Bayswater metro station (circle line) is 250m away and the Notting Hill Gate station (Central and Circle lines) is 400m away. The room is well air-conditioned and quiet. Clean. The breakfast is quite sufficient. The hotel is close to Paddington Station, so I took a bus from the airport to there, and then took an UBER. I arrived quickly and it wasn't expensive.

The kind lady at the reception was very kind and helpful, our next trip to London will definitely be at this hotel.

The nice location. We had an economic interior room. Even though there was no great view, it was more than enough for us. The beds were in two perpendicular spaces. Good reception. The employees are helpful. The people who manage breakfast are lovely.
