    Overall, we really liked the hotel. We celebrated our wedding anniversary here, informed them in advance, and were very pleased to receive compliments from the hotel - thank you for the attention and care. No deposit was taken upon check-in. Great hotel, pleasant service, and a good impression of the stay. The staff paid attention to details, we booked accommodation with breakfasts, we do not drink coffee with caffeine and we like very hot coffee - and throughout our stay at the hotel - not once did we have to remind anyone about this.

    Convenient but needs renovation.

    The hotel’s complimentary shuttle boat to the mall was very convenient and made getting around much easier. The gentleman at the shuttle boat pier at the hotel was very kind and welcoming. He even greeted me in my native language, which I really appreciated.
