When a hotel gets it very right!
Every single staff member greeted us with genuine warmth and smiles and maintained eye contact. Big kudos to the recruiting manager as the staff are of an elite level. Front desk staff are second to none, and checkin and checkout was seamless and quick. It’s so nice to feel appreciated by hotel staff. The beautiful and friendly staff at Fleet restaurant in the hotel were so impressive. They created such a beautiful atmosphere for the patrons. The view is spectacular and a perfect stand alone bar and restaurant on its own. Cocktails were imaginative and Instagram worthy. Lily’s attitude and warmth made our arvo cocktails and tapas just that extra bit special. I could see her running an international hotel. The view is seriously out of this world and no windows!! Fresh air and music in a rooftop bar!
