First hotel

Friendly staff. We had booked a room in the basement, got a free upgrade, but we actually wanted to stay in the basement. That was not a problem. (The air conditioning in the upgraded room was not working, so we preferred the basement.) Good breakfast. Hotel was close to the Rijksmuseum.

Everything was perfect.

I was surprised by the variety of breakfast options; it's a bit difficult to find these in European standards. The rooms of the hotel were small; I think this issue is more related to the general structure of the city because every building seemed small. In general, to summarize, everything was perfect during my stay at the hotel, from the smiling staff welcoming at the door to the cleaning staff every day. I hope it continues this way.
