was charged a resort fee even though they don’t have a pool or fridge in the rooms, very low quality bedding, very small room

Room was clean. Did not eat here.

Check-in was excellent and the food was great.

No fridge in my 'suite'

Hotel staff were amazing, initially booked a king-size bed, they gave us a suite because there weren't any available, so we got upgraded

Staff was friendly and valet was quick. Room was quiet but could've used a vacuum before we got there. Besides that, no complaints. Casino floor was always active when we were there, which added a nice energy to the lobby whenever we got back from going out.

Clean room, good staff. Great home base when going to LA

Everyone was respectful and professional. I did not have any sort of negative comment for my stay. Room was clean, lobby was also clean and very busy.
