Room was a great size, comfortable, well equipped quality in room facilities including washing machine and dryer, comfortable bed and pillows, great size shower, view was excellent, aircon was the BEST hotel aircon we have ever experienced, staff were very polite and accommodating, location was perfect too, couldn't fault a single thing!

Great location. Walking distance to Darling Harbour and George St. Staff were friendly and helpful. My phone charger was broken, so I was able to borrow one from reception. The Assistant Manager covered off everything about the hotel in detail. Offered me an umbrella when it was raining - just lovely!
