Wonderful stay with outstanding service!

I had a wonderful stay! The staff were extremely friendly and attentive, and the service was outstanding. I felt very welcome throughout my visit. Thank you to the entire team for the great hospitality!

Very good hotel with exceptionally courteous service and wonderful wellness and pool area

The service and friendliness of the staff is exceptional. I have now stayed at this hotel for the second time and enjoyed a perfect stay both times. The first time, I was pregnant and unfortunately noticed a slight smell of smoke in my room. As a result, I received a room upgrade and was treated very courteously. During the second stay a few weeks ago, I came with my mother-in-law and children to celebrate my son's birthday. Upon check-in, I informed the friendly lady at the reception that the next day was my son's birthday, and she arranged for a cake that he received for breakfast the next morning. This brought us great joy! In addition, the wellness area and pool are exceptional. Furthermore, everything is very clean and the location is very central. Absolutely recommended!

Wonderful stay at Grand Hyatt Beijing

We had a wonderful stay at Grand Hyatt Beijing. The hotel is beautiful, comfortable, and very well located. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the service throughout our stay was excellent. A special thank you to the guest relations team and all the staff for their kindness, professionalism, and warm hospitality. Everyone was very helpful and made us feel truly welcome. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose Grand Hyatt Beijing again on our next visit. Highly recommended.

Underwhelming for the price and the cons outweighed the pros heavily. Location is ideal when in Beijing

Oasis in the hectic Beijing

Beautiful hotel in a central location. Very friendly and helpful staff, all facilities and safe environment. The Peking duck in the restaurant is an absolute must-try, as well as the pastries in the lobby.

We had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Beijing and were thoroughly impressed with our experience. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are spotless, and the housekeeping service is truly impeccable. We also thoroughly enjoyed the spa and appreciated the consistently high standard of service throughout our stay. A special thanks to Hannah for her outstanding professionalism, attentiveness, and warmth. She went above and beyond by also providing excellent recommendations for our next destination. She is a true asset to the team and made our trip even better. We had a fantastic experience and would gladly stay here again. The breakfast was exceptional.
