On the first day, I arrived at the hotel from CDG exhausted due to lost baggage, but they accurately informed me of clothing stores suitable for daily shopping and large supermarkets, and even made a phone call to the airline to check the status of my luggage delivery. The support was well coordinated and much appreciated. The cafeteria corner on the first floor offered free drinks and cakes in the afternoon, and the minibar in the room was also complimentary. Located adjacent to the Opera and Madeleine districts, it was very convenient for moving around by metro, choosing cafes and restaurants, shopping at department stores, and even close to Carrefour City.
