The room was well insulated. You heard little of all the noise outside. But many hotels in the area are like that. Oh, and the meager minibar (water & cola) is complimentary, well well...

This is our second time staying at The Trafalgar St James. The location of this hotel is unbeatable. You can walk to almost all of the major attractions in London and the rest are only a short taxi or bus ride away. The breakfast included in our stay while not extensive, was very good quality. The free water, Coca Cola and Nespresso coffee available and topped up daily in our room was very much welcomed. The rooms are well sized and very comfortable. We were particularly thankful to the staff, especially Fred, Denisa and Mihai who arranged for an item to be posted back to us in Australia that we had accidentally left in the room after checkout.
