Dubai mall very close. Clean room but we have been given a cot instead of bed. They did not review notes that kid is 11yo

The staff very friendly

Wonderful staffs and great customer service

I loved my stay, would definitely come back.

The services and hospitality of the staff are great.

The bus pickup at the Dubai mall was confusing. We waited at the designated spot and was looking for the bus. At the end, we saw the bus passing us and departing.

Very nice and knowledgeable staff. We loved the experience overall.

Will be back and stay here at the same hotel definitely. Thanks for everything.

We stayed in one of the apartment units and the layout of this unit is so well thought out. So spacious, clean, and comfortable. It has all the amenities we need.

This was my first time staying here, but my sister who I was with it was her 2nd time, everything she said about how amazing this hotel is was true and the hospitality of everyone was what made our stay memorable. I will definitely be staying here again.
