    We were really happy with the location and had no problem using public transport to get to Santa Monica Pier and Venice Beach. The staff was all really friendly, helpful, and polite. When we arrived, we were given an upgrade, which was such a nice surprise! The room was huge and really comfortable, and we were honestly very impressed. Another great thing is that parking is free and included in the price. There were plenty of spaces when we stayed, so we had no issues at all.
