Very small rooms
The reception staff are polite and welcoming, especially a female staff surnamed Zhang and a male staff surnamed Huang. Their smiles make my wife and me feel comfortable. The only downside is the elevators, the internal screens do not show which floor you are on. This should be improved. Additionally, I stay at this hotel for about three to four weeks every year. Last year, I remember there were two hand towels, but this year there are none. There is only one large towel for showering. I hope they can provide at least one small hand towel. I understand that the recent government requirement of providing a smoke mask for each person in the room has increased their expenses, but at least there should be a hand towel. Otherwise, everyone will end up using toilet paper to dry their hands.
