    Excellent structure with many services. Very helpful and kind staff. It seems like a city within another city for how extensive the hotel is. Pools, bars, restaurants, gym, massage center, and spa were truly exceptional. Not to mention the view over the city.

    Overall good service and location

    Location, buffet food had sufficient variety but was not happy with the coffee provided as it was from a tap and tasted ordinary for a quality hotel such as this. It can be vastly improved with a good coffee machine with selections provided for the type of coffee desired. Convenient location. Beds were comfortable enough.

    I got a room in the non-renovated part and the bathroom was not clean at all, besides the toilet getting clogged, the shower curtain was disgusting, the room light turned off by itself and didn't work. We made complaints and the only thing they did was unclog the toilet. I imagine the renovated part would be great because the hotel is not bad but old. The breakfast was good, and the staff was good too.
