Dear Hotel Management, I am writing to raise a serious concern regarding an incident that occurred during my stay at your hotel last night. I booked a room at your hotel for myself and my girlfriend. I had to leave the hotel for some work, so my girlfriend stayed alone in the room overnight. At approximately 8:05 AM this morning, an unidentified person entered our room. When my girlfriend woke up and noticed the person, they immediately left the room. This incident has caused us serious concern about our privacy, personal safety, and the security of your hotel. I would appreciate a prompt explanation of the following: 1. Who entered our room at approximately 8:05 AM? 2. Why did this person enter the room while my girlfriend was inside? 3. Was this person a member of your hotel staff, and did they have authorization to enter? 4. Can you please check the relevant CCTV footage and access records to establish what happened? Please investigate this incident urgently and provide me with a written explanation. I also request that any relevant CCTV footage and electronic access records be preserved.
