Monastery building overlooking the canal

The hotel building is a former monastery in the quiet part of Cannaregio. The rooms on the 2nd floor, built on two levels (bathroom and sofa bed downstairs, additional beds upstairs), are suitable for families. The rooms are well-equipped. Our room had a view of the Rio de Sant'Alvise where supplier boats are already on the move early in the morning - an exciting spectacle. The hotel has its own dock for boat taxis, but is also easily accessible on foot from the train station through the former ghetto. The breakfast buffet offers an excellent selection of food. A great accommodation away from the tourist crowds.

Decent experience and nice staff.

Eurostar Cannaregio is a great place to stay when visiting Venice. Located away from the busy and noisy San Marco area, it offers a quieter place to retreat to and relax after a long day of exploring Venice and its surroundings.

Perfect for discovering Venice and resting with family.

We have stayed at this hotel with family and the experience has been fantastic. The location is unbeatable: very central, with everything within reach, but at the same time in a very quiet area, ideal for resting after a day touring Venice. The beds are super comfortable and we have slept wonderfully. All the staff has been extremely attentive, friendly, and willing to help at all times, making us feel at home. In addition, the breakfast is excellent, very varied and of great quality, a perfect way to start the day. Without a doubt, it has been a great choice and, if we return to Venice, we will repeat without hesitation. Totally recommended!

I will not repeat the experience with this hotel and I prefer to book in a more upscale hotel in dealing with its clients next time.

The hotel is tidy and decent.

Overall, it was clean. It is a bit far from San Marco and the bus stops, but it is in a good location to go to Murano and Burano. It used to be a monastery. Staying in that historical atmosphere was a different experience. The staff was generally friendly.

Ideal for visiting Venice if you don't like tourist crowds. The 20/30min walk from the hotel to St. Mark's Square is already an experience worth it.
