    The hotel is very well located which made our short trip much easier and allowed us to visit the most tourist spots. Also, there are many dining options around. Not having breakfast was also great. The structure met our family's needs very well. We hardly needed to interact with the staff because we were out all day. But when we asked for information, we were well attended.

    Superlative first two days. Pauper second two days.

    Had an upgrade through booking.com Extended. Got the tiny tiniest room. Did not extend our free breakfast. Raised rate. Really treated us as unimportant, when in fact we had a 4-night stay downtown Madrid!
