the hotel is very quiet and you sleep well

Vibe and fresh bed sheets and the balcony! View was great🌃

Cozy with good location😃 breakfast just on point☕️

Calm and expensive but I didn't spend much time at the hotel...

The calm of the place, the Giudecca, and the rooms.

Ok

The property is generally located in a very convenient location, very close to the water tram stop, from which you could reach various interesting places in Venice. There are also numerous restaurants and cafes in the area. The hotel itself is fine, breakfast is also very good, basically the same every day - but everyone will find something for themselves, both sweet and savory. The rooms are clean, not very large, but sufficient. Efficient air conditioning is a big plus.

On my way the booking was canceled without a notification I have never been frustrated like that in my life I will never recommend booking for anyone and my money wasn't refunded to me 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭💔💔💔💔💔💔💔💔💔💔💔💔💔💔💔💔💔

The location a bit away from the hustle and bustle of the center while allowing quick and easy access. Clean and warm establishment. Welcoming staff.
