    A wonderful experience in every aspect, starting from the hotel's location, the very spacious and comfortable rooms, to the warm and professional reception from the moment you arrive until the moment you leave.     Friendly and professional staff especially Mr. Bassem Milad, Rooms Division Manager, and Mr. Amr from reception 😊. Mr. Bassem personally checked on everything and followed up with me throughout my stay. He was very professional, attentive, and made sure everything was taken care of. I truly appreciated his excellent service and attention to detail.

    This is the third time I choose The Ritz for my stay in Cairo. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a wonderful view of the Nile. The level of cleanliness is exceptional. I thank Mohamed, the housekeeping supervisor, and Arfa, Sayed, and all the hotel staff. The hotel's location is excellent, almost in the center. God willing, if I visit Cairo, I will definitely choose to stay at The Ritz.
