Amazing stay

Arrival and departure experience. Room was spacious and amazing views

Everything is top-notch: the structure, the room, the services, the staff, the location, the customer care, the room details, the amenities... truly impeccable

A score of 10 is not enough for this experience at the Mandarin Oriental

I sincerely thank all the hotel staff, without any exception! Our experience was absolutely fabulous. From start to finish, we were treated like royalty! The staff took great care of us throughout our stay, with many little attentions and a real desire to ensure our well-being. The hotel met all our requests, and even exceeded our expectations. We felt considered, listened to, and truly pampered. And above all... GO TO THE SPA WITH YOUR EYES CLOSED!!!! I assure you it's definitely worth it. It's an incredible experience, with a view that will simply take your breath away! The spa and the duo massage suite were a true moment of happiness and relaxation. For our last hotel before returning to France, we couldn't have asked for more. It was the ultimate comfort, perfect to end our stay in Japan on a beautiful note. We particularly appreciated: The fantastic breakfast served in the room, The welcome drink, The quality and efficiency of the cleaning service, Direct access to taxis when leaving the hotel, The very pleasant experience of the Pizza Bar, The spa and the duo massage suite, The quality of the meals served in the room, And above all, the kindness and attention of all the staff. A huge thank you to the entire team for this exceptional experience. You have greatly contributed to making the end of our trip unforgettable. We leave with very beautiful memories and sincerely recommend this hotel with our eyes closed!
