A nice and cozy stay

Staff are all very friendly and helpful especially the housekeeping staff Jessica. She was very observant and professional and made my stay more comfy than any other hotels in which I stayed in the past.

Fantastic location. Close to the MTR, major bus terminal and tram stop. Also close to the shops and restaurants. The service was fantastic. By far some of the best staff of any hotel. Special mention to Charles who went well above and beyond!
