Excellent location. Very easy walking distance to the main points of interest. Very easy access to vaporettos. Large and comfortable rooms, with a very nice aesthetic. Very clean. Nice bed

The location was perfect. One alley removed from San Marco. Our room overlooked a canal, bridge, and cute little alleyway. We enjoyed people watching from our balcony. Breakfast was delicious, served in our room by the nicest staff member. The hot chocolate was to die for. The elevator was appreciated as we have been in many small European hotels without one. They arranged for a private water taxi to pick us up literally in the lobby and take us directly to the airport. We will absolutely book there again!
