    It costs over twenty thousand Taiwanese dollars for one night, surprisingly no automatic toilet seat. Not very satisfied with the room arrangement and the whole process by the front desk staff. Gave a tip but the room delivery was so slow.

    Friendly staff, clean and tidy room

    Great service from the friendly front desk staff Fiona who helped me with the check-in. She is very nice and always smiling. Appreciated her for escorting me to the room after check-in. The room is tidy and clean, has everything I need. It would be great to have a larger bathtub. The view from my room is not bad, mainly facing the swimming pool and some harbor view.

    The location is next to TST MTR and K11 MUSE shopping mall, and the service is also very good. Hope to stay at the Regent again.
