Outstanding Hospitality from Kevin at W Hotel

I had a wonderful dining experience at W Hotel’s buffet. The food selection was impressive, but what truly stood out was the exceptional service from Kevin. He was attentive, professional, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our meal. His warm hospitality really elevated the experience — thank you, Kevin, for making our visit so enjoyable!

Very pleasant stay. Stayed here many times. Easy access to MRT and direct train to the airport.

Staff were very helpful especially concierge and the guys at the main door hailing cabs and giving directions/translations to cab drivers. Housekeeping is good and clean. Reception is friendly and helpful.
