    Overall a good hotel. But they should improve on the checkout, eg. Offer express checkout options especially (room card drop off box) for those who have already settled the bill. Otherwise it’s a long queue.

    Nice hotel, but bad location

    In Beijing for business and my local colleague recommended the hotel. Got upgraded to a suite and the room was gorgeous. Throughout the stay, the staff were friendly and helpful. Loved the hotel amenities. I’m glad that the room I booked came with the use of the lounge. It solved most of my meals in those few days as the location of the hotel was not ideal. There were no shopping malls or food options in the immediate surrounding, making the hotel fairly isolated. My room, though big, was facing the train tracks. Being a light sleeper, I couldn’t sleep for the few nights as the sound from the moving trains was loud throughout the day and late into the nights. The soundproofing of the room definitely needs improving as apart from the train, I kept hearing noises from other rooms often.

    Room was really nice. Service is top-notch by the hotel staff. I didn't give 5 stars because there was some mold and cracks on the wall of the shower room.
