The location near the station is convenient for the vaporetto to the islands. The breakfast room in the hotel opposite is very nice. The reception staff is young and welcoming.

Very nice hotel in a great location

Our room was really very well renovated and simply beautiful. The air conditioning worked, thank God, even though it was very loud. The flooring was nice, practical, and clean, not like a carpet where you always wonder where the stains come from. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, the room very quiet. When coming from the parking lot or the train station, you only have to cross two bridges with your luggage to reach the hotel

It was an amazing place to stay! I had absolutely no trouble with anything. Staff were friendly and very helpful, the bed was comfy, the shower was lovely, and they cleaned our room! I will definitely be recommending this to friends who want to visit Venice!!

Excellent choice

Excellent location. 600 meters from the train station; you can walk very well. Unless you have a lot of luggage. Leave the station and turn left and go straight. Polite and attentive staff. Special mention to the cafe and reception staff (Elena). Everything very clean and smelling clean. Very good breakfast (much more abundant than what we normally have at home). Bathrooms very clean and disinfected. You can do everything on foot, including going to St. Mark's Square and the Ducal Palace (2km on foot). Don't forget to bring your cell phone with MAPS or WAZE
