    When I arrived, I had a problem. I bought the stay with a virtual card. I presented my passport and they doubted it was me. They wanted the physical virtual card. Then they wanted to cancel the payment and make it again. Even though the amount had already been paid by me on my credit card statement in August. They said it could be someone else using the reservation. Even showing the statement, they didn't want to accept it. I didn't accept canceling the purchase, also because the operator has a time to refund, has a quotation. I waited a long time until a lady, I don't know if she is a manager, came and asked to look at my credit card statement proving it was me. Absurd. They asked for a physical card to retain 300 euros, which was fine. However, they wanted the same card I used to buy the accommodation. I had my passport, credit cards all in my name, driver's license. Absurd. I have stayed in several hotels in other countries and this has never happened.

    The breakfast was amazing. Fanta, our waitress, was very friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay extra special. Andrea, the bartender, was also an excellent host who made our stay very special. Overall, a beautiful property with excellent staff. We are excited to return here during our next visit to Paris!
