Very good stay in Madrid in a hotel with an exceptional location

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel from August 22nd to 29th, in room 212. Everything went very well, from the warm welcome of the receptionists to the cleanliness of the room, and the very good location of the hotel. We felt comfortable from the moment we arrived. We would like to thank Isabela Merder, the customer relations manager, for her little attentions throughout our stay. We especially appreciated the little touches in the room and the lovely farewell card we found on the last day. It really touched us. A big thank you also to Angelica, at the concierge, for her kindness and professionalism. She was always available and attentive. A very nice experience and a hotel that we recommend with pleasure. We will certainly return on our next stay in Madrid!
