    The hotel was fine. I have a request to Expedia directly however. For all Chinese hotels, you should provide the Hotel name and hotel address in Chinese on the Hotels.com itinerary. If you show the taxi driver "Fairmont Beijing" with address (in English) at the airport, they have no idea what it is... Expedia needs to improve this. I said this to my hotel and she was also familiar with the problem. So I am saying it publically so maybe Expedia will change this for the convenience of customers.

    We got upgraded to the junior executive suite by the nice man at the front desk. Our room was massive and had the perfect massage chair to take our tiredness away. We did not want to leave this hotel as it was that good! Will definitely come back again :) thank you for the awesome service
