This was my second time staying at Sofitel Dubai Jumeirah Beach, and it was just as amazing as the first. I travelled with my family in July, and we all had an excellent experience. The breakfast selection was outstanding, the staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, and the overall atmosphere was pure luxury. My parents absolutely loved it, and the kids couldn’t get enough of the rooftop pool! Everything from check-in to check-out was seamless. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a perfect family-friendly yet luxurious stay in Dubai.

Ideal hotel for beach lovers, so many shopping and dining options nearby. The hotel staff were extremely attentive! Made our stay that much more comfortable! Thank you!

This hotel went above and beyond, especially

My wife and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Sofitel Dubai Jumeirah Beach, and it was an experience we won't soon forget. From the moment we walked in, we were met with warmth and genuine hospitality. The hotel's attention to detail truly sets it apart, creating an experience that feels both luxurious and personal. What truly blew us away, however, was their incredibly thoughtful gesture for my wife's birthday. I had mentioned in passing during the booking process that we were celebrating her special day, and they not only remembered but went above and beyond to make it memorable. We arrived back in our room after a day of exploring to find a delicious birthday cake, and a handwritten note from the staff. It was such a surprise and a truly touching display of how much they value their guests. The room itself was immaculate and beautifully appointed, and the amenities were top-notch. Every aspect of our stay, from the impeccable service to the small, meaningful gestures, demonstrated a commitment to excellence. If you're looking for a hotel that understands the art of hospitality and provides an experience that feels personal and pampered, look no further than Sofitel Dubai Jumeirah Beach. We can't wait to return.

Excellent stay

Brilliant

Brilliant stay. The staff were amazing. Especially the staff members Hannington, Waqas, Mehreen, Samanta and Aasim. These five staff members made our stay special once again. Also the room staff were 10/10

Excellent hospitality

Stayed with my family

Need updating

Dubai is always nice however the hotel rooms are outdated considering how much we were charged for our stay. Staff were brilliant however hotel rooms need an upgrade especially the toilets. A grown man finds it hard to sit on the toilet too small
