classic hotel vibe, nice and comfortable and felt very safe in the area. the staff were really friendly and welcoming. 5 mins walk to the metro which was handy. They also have luggage storage option when you check out.

卫生比较干净，服务态度很好，还可以提前入住，我们中午十二点就入住了，还能帮忙送行李到房间，来启德看演唱会算是离场馆很近的了，散场后可以走着回来也不算太远

Overall was very comfortable, lots of information was provided, including local POI

the courtesy bus was so useful and dependable. The room was clean, comfortable and location was perfect for my trip. Had easy access to other forms of transport, shops and malls were within walking distance.
