    The staff was welcoming and attentive. Upon our arrival, water was provided in the room, with the option to refill bottles using the dispenser in the hallway. The room was pleasant and the bedding comfortable.

    Good location but never again!

    Incredibly unfriendly reception upon arrival. The responsible employee insisted on seeing my Mastercard in its original form, even though I had it saved on my phone. She mentioned that she couldn't check me in otherwise and made me spend hours on the phone with my bank, which was not successful. Only when a colleague intervened, the issue was resolved. The colleague remained unfriendly and snappy. My room was on the 4th floor and as soon as you left the elevator, you were hit by a musty drain smell. The room was clean, facing an enclosed courtyard with opaque windows... basically no view.
