    Good value and good location

    We had an extremely spacious two bedroom suite and bathroom on top floor at rear of building away from the road. No noise from within the hotel over three nights over a weekend, just a little noise from outside the hotel. Location is great, close proximity to trams, light rail, the beach, Woolworths supermarket, bars etc Beds looked average but were surprisingly comfortable

    Good location and customer service but in need of better maintenance

    Steven attended to me courteously during check-in. The facility is at a good location, accessible to tram, 1 minute away from a Thai restaurant that makes good meals and close to stores.
